Lipofer is iron pyrophosphate coated with microencapsulation (microencapsulation technology).
II. Why is it the best iron in the world?

Lipofer® can be used in fermented dairy products such as yogurt. It is stable under acidic conditions with lactic acid at pH as low as 2.5.
